It would seem the media expects a blow-out when the Sooners play the Buffaloes on Saturday. I expect one as well. Good thing too, cause I’ll be at the game.
This is my first trip to Colorado since I could do algebra and I’m looking forward to it. Michael and I are going to drink a lot, watch tons of football and school those silly mountain-dwellers in beer pong and Mario Strikers. Fear us Colorado, fear us.
Here is a list of the top 100 non-english films ever made. Since I have not heard of seen many of the movies on here I think I would like to start watching them. Is anyone else interested in this? I’ll add a few to my Netflix queue and we’ll take it from there.
Are there any movies that are not on this list that should be included?

This is a fantastic video about the “amen break”, a break beat from a 1969 record by the Winstons. We’ve all heard this beat a thousand times in our lives and didn’t know anything about this beat. The end of the video is the best part where he begins making his point about copyright and sampling. A definate must watch.

I find it amazing that this club even has enough players to field a team. Mack Brown instituted a zero-tolerance policy to keep his team out of the courthouse. It’s surprising to me that these guys arn’t doing a lot better this year considering they don’t feel the need to play by the rules. Maybe some of these kids can transfer to Miami and get their sinking criminal population numbers up.

Football players should realize that they are not like regular students. They are there on scholarship. They are owned by the school and they are expected to perform as the school decides. Everyone knows that the University of Texas is a great party school. Look how they get down.
These players should cut the partying and armed robbery (who didn’t mix those back in college?) out. They need to keep their heads down and get out without any legal problems. They came to learn football and to get a job in football. They shouldn’t want to be professional barfight starters like Pacman Jones.
Don’t watch this at work if you’re surrounded by fascists.
